I installed an OSP can and yes they are loud but sound amazing!! although the motor is missing when hitting wide open throttle at diff places through the rpm range, after 80 miles it seemed to run better but not completely. Does it need some mapping or is the ecm going to adjust as i ride more? as i dont wanna blow my motor. I hit 100 mph yesterday prior to the can install I could not. I believe it has more gain in mid to top end from what I feel.

Sounds like maybe you are hitting the rev limiter?

If your can is making more power then you have to adjust your clutching to keep the RPMs down.
