I just want to clear up the confusion on my end so are these wheels
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Yamaha-Idle...ash=item3d0e9a3d89:g:c5wAAOSw3ydVlZka&vxp=mtr
Ok to use as replacements for the two wheels inside the slides (on either side of rear shock) AND the four wheels on the outside? Are they just bolt on and go?
Thank you

don't you need the 135 mm wheels to prevent slider wear?
Yes. You can also use the Excel 135mm wheels. I would also put on the marginal wheel kit that mounts to the front at the benddon't you need the 135 mm wheels to prevent slider wear?

And I would just add Duponts skip the 135 wheels and marginals! Either way will work!

You do not need them with the Duponts, The Duponts don't get hot like the stock ones. You can install them if you want no harm! I run the stock wheels with the duponts and like I have said before the 2011 XTX with stock wheels and new hyfax you can turn the wheels on a flat garage floor. The wheels are not carrying the weight. 2012 they moved the wheels down to carry a bit of weight.

Those are the newer production of Yamaha wheels with the spokes and replaceable bearings. So if your 2008 has the solid plastic wheel with the non replaceable bearings, this should be an upgrade. But as far as running Dupont sliders, if this 2008 has the original 1.25 ripsaw with every third window clipped, wasn't there a concern a couple of years ago that you had to have a track with every window clipped to run the Duponts without problems. I'm just asking, I don't recall hearing if there ever was a final verdict on that.
