As promised here is a picture of the overflow…overflow I made for my 03 RX-1….It works perfectly…I have not lost a single drip…

If you install the new radiator cap you won't loose ant coolant either unless you really do overheat. Original cap was too light and would open prematurely.

Ya, I have herd that....Really though I believe the issue is the size of the overflow reservoir or expansion container. I had the same issue with my 99 XLT touring….by adding that small tank it just catches it and it gets sucked back in when the main tank goes down….Also less stress on the system (pressure wise). Not saying it is the best fix, just saying it worked… :wink: ...JD
