i have 2006 vector gt i want to paint side panels match rest of the slede.

ive never painted a sled, but ive painted alot of plastic pieces on my mustang.
sand it down, clean with rubbing alcohol, spray on a product live adhesive promotor (its used to help paint stick to plastic. put on your primer, main coat, then a good clear coat. always use numerous light coats and sand between coats

I had my Venture GT sidepanels painted like a ww II fighter place nose. Came out great. Guy used special plastic paint.

i had mine done at the body shop - he actually cleaned them with a product specifically for plastic - it removes the release agent from the mfg process - he then sands them with scotchbrite sprays them with a plastic softening agent then primes and paints them
