My wife don't phaze, mang. She rides a 1 horsepower Appaloosa named Max.

Ok update: If you are considering buying this stuff for your phazer - don't. I'm sure it works well on flat panels but the shapes on the phazer's panels are far too complex for this vinyl. It stretches when heated instead of shrinking so it just gets out of control when you are trying to make the compound curves. I think I can do the rear panels but the headlight cover and the side panels are too complex. I might krylon them brown and put the CF in the recessed areas or something. What a waste of $100.

Update #3:

So its obvious that this stuff can take the complex forms of the Phazer. Now, with that said, each front/side panel is 4 pieces, 1 for the top and side and 2 for each inlay. The Headlight bucket is 5 pieces (1 missing) because I am forced to make it out of scraps since I screwed up a lot of vinyl. The key is to heat it up gently and let the vinyl take shape. You will have to overlap 2 pieces, cut through both, lift the top piece and pull the bottom bit you just cut out with a knife and voila, a perfect edge. It is very hard to do and takes an extreme amount of patience. Each piece is taking me around 1.5 hours to do. Damn stuff better not peel off in the cold! HA!
