Was getting the sled all cleaned up and noticed my clutch side panel has a deep gouge in it from rubbing on the clutch cover or something. Its almost cut right through the panel, not sure if any one else has noticed this or not. I just layered some tin tape over the gouge for now and tried to bend the clutch guard slightly.
Here’s a pic.

Yes it's from the belt guard. Factory or bulletin to dealer/ assemblers, bent guard down at radius. Some have grinded, others have put trim molding on edge. I just took vise grips and rolled the edge a little more. Poor fit and finish.

Same for most all i've seen....Bend the edge down some, round it down, or add a nice edging. Have not seen one where all the way thru 'yet'.
