Realistically they both do the same thing with the exception that the RB3 can adjust timing aswell...you can get an igniton module for the PC3..not the PC5 ( unless it's been released but you couldn't before ). The PC3 and 5 cost half the money of the RB3..but when you add in the ign module you have spent the same money. PC maps are readily available for flat landers...where as RB3 maps are harder to find...however some guys do have them ( Hurricane Perf )...I have the RB3 and have no issues with it..I also have the PC5 which I plan on trying...the PC5 is much easier to hook up....I hope that give a little insight on both...but it just depends an what you need out of it..if all you need is to adjust fuel then go with the PC5...but if you need to do timing down the road go RB3.

PCV does not have an ignition module for it as of yet, unless that has changed since Nov... RB3, you can change the timing and REV limiter if you want it... Ulmer racing has a good map for your Excell exhaust...
