What kind of max RPM should I be seeing on my nytro?

yeah I think the Schmidt brothers clutch kit has robbed the top end. Not getting enough rpm.

The clutch master Turk said come out at 8300 and build to 8800-8900 for best top end on a Nytro.

I don't really care about top end, I love the instant torque. It's a great motor for attacking trails.

8800 to 8900 is what I've read on these forums, but a quick search of dyno results on Google shows 8600 is where the nytro makes peak hp. That being said maybe the tacometer reads higher than actual rpm's. I know mine will go close to 9000 at first but usually settles to 8600-8900 roughly, hard to see sometimes.
