As the title says I'm wondering if there is any noticeable gains to a stock sled with just the air box mod that's talked about by taking out the bathel and cutting a piece out and bending a flap over. It's a free mod and was just wondering. Thanks guys

Our red Viper runs just the air box mod and COTC, very big difference. Dyno says 5+ horsepower but it feels like more than that to me.

Thank you very much for the advice....I'm gonna do the free air box mod. Probably run stock clutching this winter cuz I'm gonna do something motor wise next spring

Strongly suggest if you run stock clutching to at least change to 8DN belt, you don't want that 8JP belt to fill your clutches with belt dust :)

Yeah I should get the OSP clutch thing that eliminates the shims. Besides dust what is the advantages to the 8dn?
