would a phazer be a good sled for a small 13 year old boy and a
15 year old girl
im not worried about power or them not handling it
im worried about their little arms getting tired
they ride 4 wheelers a lot
would a mountain be better
we ride in the up michigan
all trails

oh i will be looking for 2 used sleds 2000 miles or under
most likely phazers(hopfully not skidoos)
thanks duane

my 11 year old brother runs our phazer mtx on derby's and stuff, he does 200 km a day sometimes and has no problems, but he's not the typical 11 year old, he's stronger, and is full of energy. the only thing is if you get into some powder, and the sled starts falling or going somwhere your children might not be heavy enough to counteract it and pull it back on trail. thats the only problem he has

Love to find a little enticer for my son. He wants my ol SRX 7 sitting in the garage and that's not going to happen at 11 years old.lol

when i was 13 to15,i was riding an 1981 everest 500,a pig to steer and 0 suspension,i would ride that thing day after day without thinking of hard steering and sore bum,i was just happy i had a snowmobile to ride,so a newer phazer should be a dream for them

Phazer II with a PoPo Xtra 10 bolted in the rear, Cheap combo that actually rides decent with the 100$ popo skid and gets damn near 4 stroke fuel economy. Mine gets dang near what my 4 stroke Phazer gets for mileage, usually high teens and sometimes 20. Plenty of power to cruise trails at 50mph all day long and just over 400#. Hand warmers work great on them too!
