I have a FX and I find the front end pushes and doesn't bit hard. Anyone have suggestions on which shock settings I should dial in. So far I have left the spring rates set as they come from the factory. I have dialed up the compression in the front and back several clicks as I was bottoming it out on large moguls.

i've been running the medium setting on the rear of the mtn lite with it maxed out on stiffness (last notch) and running two clicks below the last notch on the front suspension

If you are concerned about ski pressure you will adjust your front rear skid shock. Then fine tune with your front ski shock coils. I would tighten the front skid shock coil 3 turns. I did that to mine and it fixed the light ski pressure. As for the ski coils I tightened them 4 turns. It was a new ride after those adjustments.

I experienced the same push when I rode my FX. How does tightening the front skid shock give you more ski pressure ? I dialed out compression dampening in the front to 5 clicks and set spring block to soft in the back. I am 195lbs and had no bottoming issues and was hitting some serious big bumps. This sled is better than my REV 800 in the rough but would sure like to get some bite out of the front as it is a bit scary on high speed sweepers !

I would think you would want to reduce the spring pressure on the front skid shock to increase ski pressure. I am going to turn down the compression settings first. I was really impressed on how a few clicks on the shocks can make a noticable difference. I weight 220lbs and hit a few drive ways that caused me to bottom. The sled has been great to ride you almost look for items to launch it off. The most fun I have had on a sled in years.

Riding out of my back yard in around St. Andrews, Lockport, Selkirk. Not really enough snow to head out any further. It is helping with the break in and letting me get used the handling. So far I am impressed. Don't miss the 20hp from my MXZ600
