One day after 350 miles my hands had a buzz, as if I had been operating a high vibration power tool for a long time.
I could feel a "springy" vibration on my hands if I snapped my fingers.
That is the only time I felt that, my 200 mile days didn't do that...
I would say that the vibration is not an issue for me.
You guys running 3 cyl. motors will probably feel it though, 2 bangers are just not as smooth...
But, what do I know???

Gypsy, witih the kind of miles you ride you may have felt the "buzz" regardless of what machine you were riding. BTW, that's a compliment, not a slam.
From my own experience, the vibration of the Phazer FX compared to the Apex GT is a non issue.

This is like reading the Warren Commision report on the Magic bullet. The Phazer vibrates. Everyone I talk to that has rode mine, has one of their own or has rode someone else's says the same thing. I love My Mountain Lite and I've posted that several times on here. Infact I love the torque, throttle response and (the more I've rode it) the gas milage this little motor has. But you can feel that 180/540 firing little 500 in the handlebars all day long. I do notice it changes in certain rpm ranges or conditions but overall there is Vibration, Buzzing or what ever you want to call it in this motor. It's just the nature of the beast. I'm sorry guys I'm not trying to start a Holy War, I just don't understand how nobody feels it and can even compare it to a Apex.

It's a motorized machine, it's going to vibrate.
it's that simple.

If it really shakes, the problem is probably the DRIVE BELT. A burned spot in the drive belt will make ANY sled shake - and its usually worse at higher speeds.

The Phazer has vibration.
Start a apex. Then right next to it start a phazer. grab both handlebars.
