I have a '07 STD and it idles at 1700-1800 RPM when sitting. It has 1,000 miles on it. This is the slow idle RPM.
I have an '07 GT and it idles at 2100-2200 RPM when sitting. It has 53 miles on it. This is the slow idle RPM.
Is this a normal range for different Phazers? Will the idling come down as the motor breaks in? Is this something I might want to adjust after the sled has a few hundred miles on it?
Just wondering. Not concerned. The sled runs perfect and is a blast to ride.
Thanks for the info.

I have an '09 MTX and I noticed right away that it was idleing a little high... didn't worry about it and it seems to be coming down some as the engine breaks in.

There's a small rubber plug in the front of the sled on the clutch side just above the tie rod rubber boot.
Idle screw is behind this rubber plug. Remove the plug and use philips head screwdriver to adjust.
Normal idle rpm is 1800 plus or minus 100.
