i have MCX turbokit, With their clutchkit, BUT i still hit the limiter pretty often, and thinking of changing Helix to a more agressive one, and eventually change secondary spring to one with more backshift, anyone doing that or has some god ideas?

im very satisfied with Phazer and MCX kit :yam:

Buy a set of adjustable weights like Heavy Hitters or Supertips, you need more weight in your primary to keep rpms down.

anyone who got heavy hitters that can tell weight? there are several different.. :)

There are 4 Yamaha style Heavy Hitters. A 48, 53, 58 and 64 gram base. From there, you add weight in the heel, middle and tips of the weights.

Turboed Apex/Attak models require the 64s. I would imagine a Turbo Phazer would use the 48g base, then tune from there.

Call Prince George Yamaha , they are the Canadian dist for MCX. talk to Don ,
