Phazer riser on Vector?

Anybody try to install a handle bar riser off a Phazer onto a Vector? I bought a riser set from Royal Distributing but I have to drill out the threaded holes in the steering post and I'd rather not do that.

I searched this site but nothing popped up. Any help is much appreciated, it's snowing here and I hear the neighbours already starting up their sleds!

I thought the Phazer riser was taller but from the PowerMadd website, it looks like they are both 6" tall.
