Phazer track studding, please reply.

I have a 1.75 inch track on my phazer, can I stuf it with out wrecking the tunnel, and how many would everyone suggest doing? Also when you have a 1.75 inch track, what size studs does a guy run to work best?

I am not sure on the clearance, someone will chime in on that but 96 seems to be working good on the phazers.
