Ok guys....I realize this isn't a vid or pic of my SLED..but thought some of you may be interested in what ELSE I am doing during the winter..haha....This is a quick vid of myself and a friend of mine practicing on the ice for some upcoming races.....Only my SECOND time trying it!

The way this winter is going(only got my sled out last monday)you better have wheels because thats the only thing to get you around all winter.Nice powerslide by the way.

You need more bite off the turns... need to get the front wheel forward about 2" . tripple clamps or if the axle is on the trailing side of the forks..rotate it to the front..
Or shorten the chain to pull the rear wheels forward...
Or maybe you have enough speed to smoke th folks..as is...good luck..

That's pretty cool, brings back lots of memories. My buddies and I used to ice race in the Numb Bum in northern Alberta. 24 hour ice marathon,you start at noon on Saturday, and race till noon on Sunday. The team with the most kilometers under their belts won. Good times. You should post some video with just the sound of the quad instead of the songs, thats the music I like.

I raced quads for 25yrs. and I really miss it. You may want to get a different tire combo and lower it ,and get a swaybar if you decide to get serious.

Actually the tire combo im using seems to be the combo of choice for the 1/3 mile type of track we are running...Similar to the big tracks found out in Quebec.....The rest of my quad is still def. in MX mode....I def. would have to lower it in order to be that much faster..but right now im just trying it out....Avg. 20-22 second laptimes on a 1/3 mile course....Im still new tho...i will get faster ..haha
