I picked up a set of Pilots and was giving some thought as to whether the second carbide should be on the inside or outside of the ski. My thought process is with the leaning of the skis when you turn them, and the fact you get ski lift from the inside ski, wouldnt it make sence to put that extra carbide on the inside so it would get the most bite in a turn from being on the inside of the outer ski?
Those of you with PILOTs, have you ever tried both ways and which is your recomendation (And maybe why you feel this way)?
Thanks in advance
John

The extra carbide goes to the outer edge of the skis. When cornering most of the weight goes to the outside ski, and to the outer edge of the outside ski especially if the inside ski lifts. So the extra carbide must go to the outside.
