Good Day Guys

I just bought a 2009 nytro on the weekend. It came with the bigger fuel tank, yamaheater hand warms, extra wheel kit and pilot skis. I have a few questions about the pilot skis. I'm coming off riding a 1999 SRX 700 and really don't know that much about these pilot skis. What is the best set-up for these skis? Should I put a shaper bar in the middle? and regular carbide on the outside? Or does someone have any other set up that works great?

Anything else I should be aware of? I already checked the front end and it's all true. Thanks a million

I love my Pilots, way better than stock and cheaper than C&A & Slydogs...

shaper bar in the center to help with pushing in loose snow.

X2 6 inch shaper and 4 inch woody on the outside. Love the 6.9 pilots.

Great ski.
Great flotation in deep snow, very little darting, easy steering, some push in the corners when carbides are dull, but not too bad.
