Pioneer Performance?

I have been trying for 2 days to get ahold of pioneer and no response.....
are they still in buisness? I left bruce a message and no call back and i need my ohlins rear shock rebuilt.. anyone recently had a shock rebuilt/ revalved? let me know or should i just send it in?? thanks jason

I just placed an order on Sunday via their website and my parts were sitting on my front porch when I got home from work yesterday. Response doesn't get any faster than that.

I picked up a set of bushings back in September so I believe they are still in business. They are closed on Wednesdays so you won't get an answer.

I just talked to him also early last week, and placed an order with him on Monday, so yes he is around. Just keep tryin' to call.

I've been trying all week and left messages as well. I think he is just balls to the wall busy for now with everybody getting sleds ready. I will be driving by there within a week, I'll post if there are any issues.
