I am going to be changing the track on my Sidewinder this fall to the Ice Storm 150, I have 12,000KM on the sled. I was just wondering how long the plastic drive sprockets usually last? What should you be looking for when inspecting them? When I tear the sled apart I will see what the drive shaft looks like to see if the bearing has spun at all, if it has I may just replace the entire assy. But if all looks good I don't know if I should be replacing the plastic sprockets or if they usually last a lot longer than this.
Thanks

Thats a pile of miles but I have used them up above 10,000 miles.. really depends on how they look overall.

14000 mi on the last sled when i replaced the track and the wear was not bad enough for me to think of replacing them. has 16000 mi on it now but just getting to the service soon.

Wife and I had each about 10 000 miles on our sleds. Hers looked new. Mine were shot. You will see wear on the teeth if there is wear.
