Plugs

Could the plugs be bad already!!? The sled only has 300 miles..I haven't had much time to ride yet alone drive 20 miles to get a new set of plugs and try. The sled seems to have a mis when you first get on it and when I turn the sled over when its cold it always dies out the first time but starts fine there after. Is this just the nature of the beast?thanks

That "miss" you are describing is normal. It's from a quick lean condition. My XTX has been doing it since day one till now 1200 miles later.

Mine does the same thing. Starts and stalls and pops when you are riding and punch it.

thanks guys, I figured it was normal..The pumps up here in northern maine say enriched with 10% ethenol..I wonder if thats causing a lean condition..owners manual says maximum of 5%...hmm
