I've got a Polaris 120 and the track will not turn. I've not seen anything caught in the track or tunnel but I noticed the drive chain is super tight. The sled was running fine yesterday and starts up but is not able to turn the track. It seems like something in the clutch is binding since it seems harder to pull over than normal. This is the first time I've had to work on it and I'm not sure how the clutch comes off? I noticed it has a zerk fitting in the center of the bolt that holds it on. I didn't know that even existed or that you were even supposed to lube the clutch?
Any ideas? I don't know of any Polaris specific forums much less mini specific ones.

Verify your brake band released from the last stop. HCS has a forum you can post too.

Yep, the brake band is definitly loose. I'm going to remove the chain as it appears to be what is holding the clutch on.
I found the HSC mini forum, thank you!

That happened to mine and if I remember correctly the drive axle has these pins that came up missing. Open the hood , jack up the #*$&@ end ,and run it and you might find everything moving but the axle.

I fixed it the other night. It problem wasn't visible to the eye, but the chain bunched up inside the black cover next to the left footrest. After I removed the exhaust and loosened the chain I was able to work everything free. Glad to find no permanent damage. I'm guessing the chain was very loose. I also discovered a broken exhaust mounting bolt. It's all ready to go now!
