My 06 nytro wouldn't start on the weekend. When I turn the key the starter seems to spin or at least sounds like it does but nothing engages. I turned the clutch counter clockwise a little bit by hand and the the starter engaged, engine started and I made it home.
On Monday it started right away, twice. Then on the third try same problem. Spins but doesn't engage. The problem is not consistent.
A few weeks ago it started getting harder to start. which lead to won't start. Any ideas what the problem is and how to fix it?
