Hey guys, I just moved from Iowa to Montana and am looking to get a new track for my rtx. Being a college student I don't have all that much cash and don't think I can afford the extra cost that comes with extending the track and tunnel. I have the option of a freeride 1.5" 121 or the polaris snox 1.75" track. I was wondering if they are going to perform similar or is the extra .25 of lug gonna make a noticeable difference. I was also wondering if the drivers etc. will match on the polaris track. From what I can tell from http://www.ty4stroke.com/viewtopic.php? ... 9503b60c04 is that they will bolt up fine but i just wanted to make sure.

i do a lot of trail riding, and i like my freeride - if you are mostly off trail, i would like the 1.75 especially if you are running it at 121.

theres a good chance i can find a used polaris one for alot cheeper. i got mine fully studed for 100 bucks. there were a few tips of the lugs torn but alot better then the full price of the free ride wich i think was around 550 bucks. also even new the polaris is only around 350. and i run mine trail with out a problem. only problem i ever ran into was melting my slides and stickin them to the track on the lake one day. but there was just about 0 snow out there.

also the last 1/4 inch of the polaris lug is thin. with a razor u could cut it down to 1-1/2"

if price is ur concern i would go with the polaris.
