just wondering what is wrong with Kevin at Port
he had a belt in stock for my 07 attak...shipped it out the same day...at a good price....i got it the next day(northern Indiana)...and he had really good customer service.
i dont understand

Yeah, we get so used to crappy service that when we run into instances like this, we are confused.
 
parts

i buy 85% of my parts from kevin nice to talk to and he know's his business, if i need parts in 1 day i buy from nelson's in michigan because
i live in mi.
 
Kevin, Port Yamaha for that matter, is a guy/organization that always follows through on promised action.

I've always had great interactions with Kevin. Keep up the great work!

Kevin is great to deal with and will go out of his way to help anyone. He is a huge asset to Port yamaha!

What is this concept, lowest price, fast service, and great communication with them knowing exactly what you want and even reccomending upgrades that help you enjoy your machine more? I'm not aware of said concept.

I'm only aware of ordering the wrong part being charged 15% to restock even though I was clear what I needed and getting a attitude for causing them grief with the process.

I buy everthing through Kevin and Port awesome awesome awesome!
