Possible starter issues, 08 Nytro RTX…

Question, is there a way to test the starter on a 08’ Nytro RTX without taking everything apart? The starter relay, and 40amp fuse have already been replaced. Display lights up, fuel pump kicks on, nothing happens when you turn over besides a few clicks and a whine (sometimes). New battery as well.
