Starter relay

hey guys. Just wondering if anyone else had had this issue yet.
The starter relay. That attached to the battery bracket. Has anyone run across. Where their sled won’t start code 43. Fuel pump not engaging.
The starter relay. Where the positive and negative battery cable bolt to and it has a plug in , in the middle and 2 10 amp red fuses on either side.
One of the fuses ( right side) just drops into place with out given in a little push to seat it and if you turn it upside down that fuse will accually fall out. Now I know it’s not making contact( fuss to terminals)
And I’ve tried. Putting a little pick in there and prying the contacts closer. But it’s a sealed unit. Can’t do that.

I’m just going to order a new starter relay hoping it will fix the problem.

Just wondering if this is common with Nytro or anyone else has run into this problem .

PS you can wiggle fuse sometimes and it will fire up but when you move machine it dies. Sometimes aswell.

It's common for the relay to fail and leave the starter running after start, happened to me once and had to change the starter and relay, it's a big job but not difficult.
Use a lot of dielectric grease on all the connections.

It’s not that relay was failing.it just wierd how all of a sudden the fuss is not making contact
If I can get fuss to make good contact and stay.
The sled run good. But it seems once the fuss vibrates loose and loses contact. The machine just shuts down. Like someone hit the kill switch

Get a new relay before you get bigger problems it's cheap insurance.

Oh yes that’s being done first thing Monday morning .
Get it on and hopefully that will solve the little adventure
