I have decided that I am going to powder coat my tunnel this summer. My only concern is that I have quite a few dents in my tunnel from kicks and hammering off the ice buildup. My question is will powder coating make them look like hell, or make the dents not show up as much. Any opinions will be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

IF...YOU AINT GOT DENTS

YOU AINT DRIVIN IT:jump:

Ride it LIIKE YOU STOLE IT:p

DENTS.....Give it Character o_O

Actually...some colors hide DENTS wayyyyyyyyyyyy better than others.....what color were you thinkin of usin??????:dunno:

powder coat with a flat color and the dents will not show up

To say I ride it like I stole it is a huge understatement!
The tunnel shows it, and the patched up plastics and the duct tape and the tie wraps and the...............
I'm thinking about just simple flat black for a colour.

AWESOME......"DUCT TAPE" the sign of a TRUE WARRIOR.....or BUSHSLED:Rockon:

There actually is a little trick to "DENTS"......I powder coat "COLD" and give the material a good coat then do a "Partial Cure"....."HOTT" and I can get better Mil Coverage over those dents with ZERO LOSS of powder and it fills them in nicely.

If you want "MEAN"...I recommend a Few Bullet Holes :jump:

Any advice on how to remove the tunnel? Something tells me there might be a few dozen rivets in my nitro xtx tunnel....
