So,
I'd like to have some powder coating done on my '14 Vector. Specifically, the A arms and spindles. I'd want to match the A arms to the candy red hood.(spindles black) I have a good local powder coater, but the last thing he promised to be a perfect match was not. Is there a TY preferred powder coater with a history of matching Yamaha colors? If not, is Color Rite still the best place to get paint codes to try to match it locally?

Thanks, FP

I wish we had one, but they have all moved on to Facebook or other means of advertising. Not sure how good their color match is but the coatings were thick and durable.Half Baked was the one of them that was here.

I was just in contact with Brian at Half-Baked last week. He said he still has his Apex that he's had for years. I asked why he has not been on the site lately but, he did not give a reason. He has done PC for me in the past and I was always satisfied. If anyone understands how good you want your ride to look, it's a fellow sledder.

Try Coleman tool in UnionGrove WI. He is A sled head that does very good work!

I'm not sure where you are located but Preferred Powder coating in Elk River MN has done good work for me in the past. They have a ton of colors and can special order colors if need be. Might be worth a call.
