Anyone tried the Doulbe Down pipe out yet? Talking with Jim at BPE, he said it works great, but am looking for more real world results from high mile trail riders. I would like to replace the down pipe on my CPR Apex just for the simple fact of getting the heat out of my header faster. I appreciate any feedback.
Also, anyone out there develop a bracket that supports the weight these front mount turbos? I think it was the Synergy kit I saw on Snowest that had a bracket, but it looks like you may not be able to retrofit it to CPR kits?

No it is not cracking and hasnt cracked in 2000 miles, but would like to keep it that way. This double down pipe sounds interesting.

Couldnt find that bracket on synergys site, maybe it was a Alpine? Synergy looks like a rear mount.

i started out with header and down pipe w flex joint, the flex joint internally collapsed into a 1''- funnel, causeing loss power and heat issues, i then went w updated header and the 2 into 1 downpipe from powderlites. looking at the downpipe without 2 into 1. the wastegate opens only part way and hits the back of the downpipe restricting flow and forcing pressure over into the downpipe.the 2 into 1 allows the wastegate door to fully open and dump straight out into its own tube, there is a divider in the 2 into 1 downpipe before the exhaust gases meet. the 2 into 1 downpipe is a must. i noticed a huge difference all around, especially a cooler header, hope this helps

Hey guys ,Thanks for your support Matt. The double down is a must. You wont beleive the improvement until you try it. The big thing is the main exhaust pipe creates a negativr pressure or a vacumm pulling on the waste gate side helping to extract the spent gases and heat. It in turn makes boost more responsive and precise add a electronic controller to it like an E-boost 2 where you can control gate settings and you have instant crazy boost on a front mount. Adding 2-4 grams is normal per cam arm.
