Wow your having some bad luck.I had to add some washers to my shapers because the thread didnt go far enough to tighten them to ski.Probably what you ran into.Now you need a bunch of washers and a new nut to get to good threads left on stud.

This is was happend.
I might leave it alone or I might weld, then file it down to fit it in to the hole, then tightin untell it gets to that point.
I wish they invent something like a turnakit. Instead of a twisting a stick to tightin the bandage. You drill out part of the bolt, insert a bolt with weld nut w/left hand threads. Then it would raise it up and look it in place.

Is that a middle one?I never tried but I would think the other 3 would probably be enough if broke one is in middle.Otherwise Yes you will have to weld it and rethread it.

yes, middle back bolt; the one right behind the spindal. On xmas ill take a look to see how its doing and see if that side of the sled handles any diffrent.
