Well I pulled the dipstick on the chain case, oil is very clean, but I also noticed that it was filled up to the std level instead of the reverse level which is quite lower. (Sled DOES HAVE reverse on it). Can a vibration come from this? Or can the oil being too full have caused issues in the chain case? Going to pull the PTO drive axle bearing cover tomorrow.

I do not see where the very slight defect in the Primary's PIC should impact you.
Regarding chain-case oil level. if you fill a Reverse sled up with the proper amount of oil, the oil will come up to slightly above the lower mark on the STD side. This is where you want it to be. The Reverse side of the stick is wrong.

Alright thanks for that. In roughly 8 or 9 hours I will be checking my drive shaft bearings.

This would be a semi-major job to do, but if everything else checks you may want to take a look at the driveshaft itself. If you've done anything remotely close to high centering or crossing over debris, it may be worth while to check to see if it has bent. It also may just be your drivers themselves that are worn funny and have began causing a vibration.

I rode it all day today, and I think what I'm feeling is normal. The worst was probably just some ice buildup.

handlebar vibration
Im having same problem 09 venture RS GT. After riding 40k hand goes completely numb. Throttle hand only when traveling 30 to 50 kmh on the trail at 4000 rpm. When I get on the throttle the vibration goes away. Also just add a pair of cobra head 6inch for ski darting work great.

Might want to try an isolating riser to reduce the vibration in your bars. Not familiar with the Venture specifically but Apex has little vibration.
Rox and Isovibe are 2 popular choices for that riser.
