Primary clutch spring, black with two pink dots?

Took apart the primary for cleaning from an 07 phazer fx and the primary spring was black with two hot pink paint dots. Thats not the stock primary spring is it?

The stock spring should be pink-blue-pink. Maybe the blue wore off?
