I am looking for a tool to compress the primary clutch and hold it so I can change my primary weights without having to take the clutch cover off. Getting tired of having to get a second set of hands to compress the long heelclicker primary spring! I have a tool that I used on the sx and srx but it doesn't compress the clutch enough. I have been looking on aftermarket sites but haven't found one. I believe I bought the original one from maximum performance. Thanks any help you can provide.

I have one that you remove the primary clutch bolt and thread into the primary clutch that moves the sheave in allows you to adjust the weights without removing the cover.

I made mine with a 1/2" threaded rod and a fine thread bolt, I cut the head off from the bolt and welded it to the end of the rod. Remove the center bolt and a deepwell socket that will fit over the crank shaft, put a nut and washer behind it and compress away. 8 bucks for home made tool. If you don't use the socket and put a large washer on the rod and remove the front cover bolts you can decompress and reinstall the red, white or black springs all day long by your self.
