Some pics from making vent kits
Cheap material to the vent kits from bicycle baskets
I used my old parts to make holes and make the vent kit fits
I made some moulds in wood to be able to press the grill
This way the grill will be at same level as the fairings
The grill will also be covers with fabric
All pieces ready for the clutch side

I really like the grills, shows that extra attention to detail. I also vote for the upper version of the slide rail mod.

Is that big hole on the front side of the clutch side panel? What kind of material are you going to use to keep the water out?

Yes the hole is on the fronside of the clutch panel
I will use a grill cover with meshfabric...a fabric that let air go trough but keeps water/snow on the outside.
Should be the same material as the frogskinz are made of.

What do you guys think, should go for some new designs on the panels? Or should I keep it clean when I uses carbonfiber...and leave the original design.
It´s mostly the blue panel under the seat that I have in mind to change...
