Putting 98 ZR skid into 03 RX1

I purchased a new ZR skid and am putting it into an 03 RX1. I have some brakets for templates but would like to purchase new(nice) brackets. Does any one know what esle I will need to do and get to put it in. Or any specs for mounting. :? I would appreciate any help I could get.THX
