So whats the differene in these two GT's that causes the weight difference?

The one in his (at the Syracuse big east show) was a plain jane phazer. Also marked on it was full wet MINUS gas. The Haydays one was with a full tank of gas.

That makes perfect sense since gas weighs about 6lbs. per gallon. 6x8=48lbs of gas. 505 +48=553.

Oh yeah would make sense the gas issue
being the one is inside a building(convention center probably)
They are both GT's though.

That's right. It was the red one to the left that was the plain jane.

yup I was at oncenter this past weekend, the weight is correct
