I own an 03 rx shorty with a hartman 144" rail extension and relocation kit. in an earlier post you mentioned that this kit does not work. I recently bought the sled this way and was wondering what you recomend i should do without spending too much money on this. I have all factory 121" parts minus a track. is the suspension bind issue bad enough that I have to change it. I do like the 144" setup for off trail use. I dont think i have the patience to build a setup like yours. Is it possible to run the track loose enough to overcome the binding without ratcheting. the track is a 1.25" camo. Also the previous owner did not like the hieght of the seat after instal so he drilled new holes in two rear mount points at the tunnel to match factory height, i was wondering if this is ok also, i would like to keep it at that hieght.

If you run it loose enough to compress properly, the track will keep falling off the rails.
Your one alternative without either rebuilding everything or completely replacing it is to REMOVE the transfer rods. Its NOT a great compromise though as it will eventually break your W-arm and will handle crazy on trails.
With respect to the height, make sure that the track doesn't hit anything above it, then it should be fine.
