thanks for help lb. what if I replace the hartman kit with another type. are they all going to bind or is there a kit i can buy that works for around $400. how about rx-1 mountain oem rails. or 05 venture skid from salvaged sled. or should i just convert back to 121" :ORC

I would never go back to 121". If you can pick up a used (good condition) skid for cheap, go for it. If you're lucky, maybe you can get an 05 mountain viper skid or venture. rx1M will be too long for you.

I've got a warrior 136 complete rear suspension I'm getiing ready to take out to replace with a 162 , open to offers .

He's running a144" so 136 would require a track change, which would probably cost more than a whole suspension.
