Questions About Gutting My Exhaust

Do you have stock jetting in your sled? Like, would I need to change anything or just cut, weld and go? Also does anyone think this would have eventual bad effects on the engine?

Just cut, weld, and go. Your not really doing anything other than changing the sound. Maybe a little better air flow, but not enough to justify changing the jets. 4 strokes are forgiving in this area compared to a 2 stroke.

I don't see how this would cause any problems. Would a better flowing exhaust damage your truck or car? Same idea.

Would you say this is reversible? Like would I be able to weld the pipes back into the muffler?
