R&R Engine Timing Chain Tensioner

Looking for info on procedure to R&R Engine Timing Chain Tensioner on 2006 RS Vector. Got Seat & Fuel Tank removed to R&R bad Exhaust Flange Donuts. Thought it would be a good time to install upgrade Engine Timing Chain Tensioner assembly. Sleds got 8400 miles & rather be proactive than take a chance to destroy engine on cross country trip next year. Thanks
