RA MONO Shock Help needed with adjustments

I have a 2006 Rage with the 136" Mono Skid..I pulled the skid to rebuild the shock I sent it to NY and had Pioneer Performance revalve it and got a new RA adjuster cable. I need to know how to set the shock to FULL hard do I turn it clockwise or counter clockwise? I just want to be able to get full use of the adjuster on the side of the tunnel I'm guessing when I reinstall shock should be at full hard and adjuster full hard woulsd be right Hope I phrased it right? Thanks

Turn the square drive on the shock clockwise until it seats. Then set your dial on the tunnel to full hard. I know when I had mine on my Attak they supplied directions.
