I've been told if you mix 110 at 20% you will be good to go on max 20, but many on here with much experience will probably share expertise.

Figure everything on 10 gallon tank and find average. For example:
7.5 gallons x 91 octane = 682
2.5 gallons x 116 octane = 290
682 + 290 = 972 ÷ 10 = 97.2 octane
So you need 2.5 gallons of C116 with the rest of the tank full of 91 octane.
Using the same formula, if you put 3 gallons of C12 mixed with 7 gallons of 91, you would be at 96.7 octane.
7.5 gallons x 91 octane = 682
2.5 gallons x 116 octane = 290
682 + 290 = 972 ÷ 10 = 97.2 octane
So you need 2.5 gallons of C116 with the rest of the tank full of 91 octane.

Figure everything on 10 gallon tank and find average. For example:
8 gallons x 91 octane = 728
2 gallons x 116 octane = 232
728 + 232 = 960 ÷ 10 = 96 octane
So you need a little over 2 gallons of C116 with the rest of the tank full of 91 octane.
Can we rename you GASMAN?
FLEECER sounds like a guy that wears ugly sweaters.

Fleecer is right on. Also, Google octane calculator to brew up any mixture.

If you do a search under my user name with 'octane' as the keyword you'll find an Excel spreadsheet I wrote to calculate this.Wanna run my max 20 tune sometimes on my ‘20 le.
