Hey guys I am planning on doing a aftermarket under tunnel cooler on my nytro mainly to redistribute weight to the rear of the sled and to get rid of the radiator and fan up front. My question concerns the OEM resivior on the left side Down by the shock. I am guessing that that is removed at the same time as the radiator. Where do you re route the hoses running to it? I am just in the planning stages and trying to figure out what all is involved. Any thing else that I should know about when deleting the radiator and fan up front. Any an all information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
What I did was get a bottle with an inlet/outlet and plug the two hoses from the rad to it. Here are some pics. Let me know if you want better ones.

I remember seeing your thread a while back. No need for better pics. Your system looks like it will work just fine. I am looking to do something similar to that this summer to mine Do you still have the little tiny OEM resivior down on the left side of the sled near the left shock or did you delete that as well. CR racing sells a delete Kit that comes with the bottle and hosed that looks pretty nice. I may go that route. thanks again for the info.

Yes I kept the resivoir atvtge bottom. That is the overflow bottle unless you want coolant overflowing everywhere j suggest you keep it also.. and as far as a bottle arctic cat and polaris use bottles that are similar to mine. And I used stock hoses just had to chop them up a bit.
WhT do you plan on using for a rear cooler?

I have had my eye on the Van Amberg kit for the stock tunnel. I have been researching for about a year and a half and everyone that i have come across that is running it is very happy. The MPI kit is also pretty good but the fit and finish of it just looked chucky to me. Plus the MPI dont work with some turbos out there. Mine is N/A but maybe someday i will be able to afford boost. I am mainly doing it to shift weight around on the sled. I hit a tree and dented my radiator 2 year ago and it seems to run warm in warmer spring conditions.
