Rail extensions

Guys (and gals) who put rail extensions on their mono skids, I have a question. To do tipped up, or straight? I understand the advantages of both options, however I've never ridden a sled with tipped up rails. I'd like to hear your experience. These are going to be on an apex gt, stretched to a 136. Strictly trail ridden, occasional mogul mashing, other than that, just trail cruising. I Stretched my 02 viper to 136. Never going back.
