Skis are aligned and toed 1/4" etc... Sled still wont handle the big bumps at all. I have gone, soft, hard, in between, and nothing seems remotely close to what it should. I am at a lost I have NO CLUE what to do now. When I was out on the weekend I heard a "howl" or a droning noise between 30 and 100 km. Anyone know what that could be?? It was so annoying I had to pack it in it was so ANNOYING!!It sounds like a commercial blender on warp speed!!
We finally have snow, and I cant even ride!! I really don't want to sell this sled, am I the only one with issues??
Most of us have gone though this process, a good shock guy will get the shocks to a spec that takes the shocks out of equation. I've only had two days of riding as well and I got to ride a new 800 Cat, it's ok still a Cat and a new 1200 Doo it's a tank. The Nytro should never be compared to a 1200 Doo , ever!!!
A little info that may help, when I went to a 136" set up handling and ride got better, and then to a 144" set up it got better again. The 141" Cat could not run with the nytro.
I went to 1/2" Toe out
I have 6.9 Pilots, dual runner inside, single outside ( not sure if the Tunner will let you do this??)
Zero darting and a little push with the 1.75" Track
I have a good vid of it eating the bumps, trying to get it to upload. I love this setup but I'm waiting to see what happens this month.
If the gear box seems ok, you have two bearings to check on your track drive.
