Yea,I have to get out there and put some testing in. For trail riding what whole should I put the straps at? i dont want the front end in the air everytime I crack the gas,Well not to the point where the nose is pointing to the trees.

I did 122 miles last night. Left from The Grist Mill in Parish and rode to Cedar Pines in Oceola, then to The Flat Rock in Lowville. Trails were as good as I have ever seen. Flat and fast!
My suggestion is to go up one hole on your front limiter strap and take your front shock pressures to between 65-70LBS if you have floats. Depending on your weight I would leave the skid stock for now.
My only real compliant right now is the darting, but I am planning on checking my toe out then possibly buying a set of Woody's duellys.
Just go ride and get your baseline then tweak from there.

Since I am a light weight I have the floats at 50 psi,But I will bring my pump so I can adjust. I guess I am just going to bring the front limiter strap up one hole Then see how she does in the rough.

Just to clarify....you are tightening the limiter strap one hole....
It does amaze me with the range of PSI that people are running with their floats....there is a major difference between 50psi and 80psi....
I am finally going to get some miles on my sled this weekend!!!!

With all the advice you have gotten.. You need to go out ride it and make SMALL changes to bring it to where YOU want it!
Becareful in the tight twisties because sled had unrealistic weight transfer! While this is fun and looks cool to the untrained eye...It's NOT the fastest set up!

Yes,Thats what people are saying to do with the straps. You agree with them or no?

Yes,Thanks for the advice. Just to make sure,Tighten the straps up make it so the nose wont come up as much correct?08NitroRTX said:With all the advice you have gotten.. You need to go out ride it and make SMALL changes to bring it to where YOU want it!

Yes I do mine when I take the rear skid out for inspection...
But it can be done easy enough with skid in sled. Either on it's side or sitting normal. 6 in one half dozen in the other. Since I'm not liking to turn the FX Nytro on it's side much...
Get a small 4x4 block or ever a sled dolly place it towards the front of the rail (about the front wheels) sit on sled to compress front shock (this will give all the slack you should need in the limiter strap. Now 2 10mm wrenches and take both lock nuts and washers (leave the bolts in the strap makes it easy to line up the next holes) move to the next hole (less than 1/2") reinstall washers and locking nuts tighten done! (oh IF you are running so much front track shock spring preload that the shock fully extends when you get back off the seat you'll need to back it off (and keep it backed off in my opinion but other may differ...)
Here is the deal IMHO the sled rear skid's charactoristic changes so much in the first 200-300 miles DON'T spend much time fine tuning it now! Go put some miles on it .... find out what IS working for you and what is NOT working and we might can help you!!
I don't feel anyone is going to be able to give exact settings to put into your sled and it'll be perfect for you... It's just not that simple and IF it was that simple that's the way they would come from the factory without the ablity to make adjustments for EACH or our different riding styles.
Again go ride it and understand what your sled IS doing whether it be what you like or dislike. Trying to set it up in the shop with out knowing where it is (what you like or don't like) is putting the cart before the horse. Not the easiest way to go about things. You have been given enough tips that you should be able to go out and ride then stop to make a SINGLE change out on the trail and test a bit stop and either put that back and change something else and continue until it's closer.
I can only say again (if you are an agressive rider start with everything in the middle and adjust from there!

ok,Ill just leave it stock for the 1st 300 miles. Do you think I should atleast pull the strap 1 hole tight or leave it like that until I get some miles on her?
shorten it one hole for sure, still has lots of transfer, IMO needs different coupler blocks to reduce transfer further, and possibly different skis.

I'm tellin ya', '03 F7 blocks + up 1 hole on the limiter strap is a big (better) change!! IMO! It does need a touch more ski pressure though.
