After a serious accident and six years I'm finally ready to go. Just finished installing RSI handle bar warmers and doing the suspension adjustments suggested on this site. I had done the front end before but not the skid. I have the heavier springs in the back end which I set to soft and tightened up the limiter strap one notch. I also set the transfer rods to minimum (longest stroke) because I ride mostly groomed trails and want to try to smooth out the stutters. I also had the mechanic that did my repairs to install the OFT steering relocate and olite bushing kit I had already purchased. I had already done a few of the recommendations suggested like the Excel wheel kit, white sliders, heavier springs as I mentioned before, Schmidt Brother's tunnel block kit and removed my tunnel protector bars to reduce snow build up. My mechanic also welded the nuts for the a-arms to the frame to eliminate wear and reinforced the front frame. Lots of great info on the site. Thanks guys.
Hooray!
