I popped the skid out to change the Tri hub bearings and slides.

While removing the Tri hub I noticed that one of the adjuster blocks was siezed in the skid. Seemed weird on a 16.

Both blocks are very stiff in the slots.

Has anyone had this issue?

That's the Cat quality, right there...
I had mine off last winter to replace the tri-hub but didn't see any issues.
That said, don't think that's an issue tho. The adjuster bolt will be pushing against the axle, so once you get the track tension the bolt will most likely pop right back in there. The bolt will prevent the axle to move forward, and once the axle nuts are tightened the axle will stay in place.

I actually ended up filing the flats on the aluminum adjuster. It didn't take to much. And now it slides good. You can tell the slots aren't straight.

The problem with it being to tight in there is when I went to loosen the track. It wouldn't move.
